Philippians 2:1-18 When do we shine the brightest?Bible

Consider your spouse’s needs, your children's needs, or your friend’s needs before your own needs.
As we look up and see the brightness of the stars, God looks at earth and sees the brightness of His children shining, like the bright stars, in the night sky.
God works in you so you will want to do good godly things. He also gives you the power to do good things, that work out your salvation, that shines to others, who need salvation.
God shines on us first, then we can shine on others.
We worship here, we will worship in heaven.
We fellowship here, we will fellowship in heaven.
We evangelize here, But...
We will not evangelize in heaven.
We will not be able to evangelize or witness in heaven. It is only in this life, on this planet, that we can willingly tell others about God's goodness.
I will restore your judges as at the first,
And your counselors as at the beginning.
Afterward you shall be called the city of righteousness, the faithful city.”
Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the Lord [a]has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
Those who are wise shall shine
Like the brightness of the firmament,
And those who turn many to righteousness
Like the stars forever and ever.
